Terms of Service

Baadio provides a digital identity and OTP management platform. The Service allows users to:

• Obtain a virtual phone number for receiving SMS-based OTP codes
• Connect a Gmail account to capture email-based verification codes
• View, manage, and receive real-time push notifications for OTP codes
• Manage trusted contacts for account recovery purposes

The Service is provided "as-is" and is subject to change. Features may be added, modified, or removed at our discretion.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Baadio. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and current. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may not create an account on behalf of another person without authorisation, impersonate any individual, or use a false identity.

By using the Service, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms
• Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of the Service
• Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination without notice.

Baadio provides infrastructure for receiving OTP messages. We do not generate, control, or take responsibility for the content of OTP codes sent by third-party services (e.g., Google, banks, social platforms). The security of any account that uses an OTP is governed by that third-party service's policies.

OTP codes received through Baadio expire and are deleted according to our data retention schedule. We strongly recommend that you do not rely solely on Baadio as your only second-factor authentication method for critical accounts.

We aim to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or due to factors outside our control (such as third-party carrier outages or infrastructure failures).

We are not liable for any loss resulting from the unavailability of the Service or the failure of an OTP message to arrive in time. Virtual phone numbers are subject to carrier restrictions; some services may block VoIP or toll-free numbers from receiving OTPs.

All intellectual property in the Baadio platform — including software, design, trademarks, and content — belongs to Baadio. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these Terms. We will attempt to provide notice where practical, but are not obligated to do so.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Baadio and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $10, whichever is greater.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction, as mutually agreed. We will always attempt to resolve disputes informally first — reach out to us at lightcold22@gmail.com before initiating formal proceedings.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you should delete your account.
